TASTING NOTES

Delicate pear and dried red fruit nose with floral hints. Round yet delicate fruit concentration balanced with firm supporting acidity. Long fruit over the palate with some hints of dried rose petals.

ABOUT THE REGION

This wine comes from the south of the Rhone Valley at the border of Camargue. Vineyards are planted on sandy soil located on the flat land of Camargue, between the Rhône delta and Mediterranean shores. This very special terroir and climate are ideal for creating elegant and easy drinking rosé wines.

FOOD PAIRING

Grilled vegetables, fresh fruit salad or seared ahi tuna.

Endowed with an alluring shade of coral, the perfume is a mélange of roses and ripe grapefruit. The taste is an explosion of citrus, with swells of candied lime and tangerine and blood orange. It simmers with a persistent note of fresh red berries and a touch of kiwi – summertime in a glass.
